These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the online course Foundations of Agentic AI — Build Your Own Agent in 30 Hours ("Course") offered by Jetking Infotrain Limited ("Jetking", "we", "us") through the website jetking.ai ("Website"). By enrolling in or paying for the Course, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Course
The Course is a paid, instructor-led weekend programme of 10 live online sessions (approximately 30 hours total), delivered across the dates published on the Website. Session recordings, course materials and a Jetking Certification are provided as described on the Website. We may update the schedule, syllabus or tooling to keep content current; material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
2. Enrolment & Payment
The Course fee is ₹888 (Indian Rupees), payable in full at the time of enrolment via our payment partner. No GST is charged on this Course, which is offered under Jetking's NSDC partnership; ₹888 is the all-inclusive fee. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is successfully received. Seats may be limited and are allocated on a first-paid basis.
3. Access & Licence
On enrolment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Course content and recordings for your own learning. You may not share, resell, redistribute, record beyond what is provided, or publicly post the Course materials without our written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All Course content, materials, code templates, brand names and logos are the property of Jetking or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Code you write during the Course and your capstone project remain yours to use in your portfolio.
5. Participant Conduct
You agree to use the Course and community respectfully and lawfully, and not to engage in conduct that disrupts sessions or harms other participants.
6. Third-Party Tools
The Course uses third-party tools and AI services such as LLM APIs and frameworks. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or charges you incur with them.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
